Questions Regarding Reservations and Booking

413 Dumpster strives to provide the best rental rates for the lowest price - this includes providing you with the most time in the area with your dumpster! However, we understand that not everyone may need the full time period. Our 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 YD dumpsters include 7 day rental periods. 

If you finish before your scheduled pick up date, or before the 7 day mark, please call us and we can come pick it up free of charge within 24 hours Monday through Friday.

Please note there is no fee charged for an earlier pick up! Earlier pick ups do not discount your rental as the pricing is determiend by size and by weight. We include the most time in the area to further maximize your vaue and give you a peace of mind to take your time with your project. 
413 Dumpster offers flat rate pricing with NO HIDDEN FEES! The price that you see when booking is the price that you pay, and that includes tax, delivery, pick up, a certain weight limit, disposal, and all environmental fees. The only time your rental would have an extra fee is if:

1. Prohibited items are found inside of the dumpster
2. Your dumpster is weighed over the weight limit
3. Your dumpster is filled beyond the maximum fill line
4. Your rental duration was extended beyond the included period
5. A failed delivery or pick up of your dumpster occurs

If any fees are incurred, they are charged to the card on file at time of pick up and disposal.

413 Dumpster strives to protect you against any extra fees by communicating frequently, listing all details in your order confirmation, providing rental check ins via phone or email, and providing an email pick up reminder. For any questions regarding fees, please call us at (413) 264-3867.

Questions Regarding Delivery and Pick Up

413 Dumpster includes a 7 day rental period for our 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 YD dumpsters. 

Your rental period will always default to the maximum 7 day rental period unless selected or noted otherwise by you with your reservation. 413 Dumpster will pick your dumpster up automatically on the last day of your rental. Pick ups can occur at any time throughout the day, and you do not have to be present. 413 Dumpster will also send you reminders via text and email regarding your pick up date. 

If you are unsure of your pick up date, please reference your email confirmation, your text message reminders, or call us at (413) 264-3867 to confirm.

As a reminder, any rental extensions beyond your scheduled pick up date will require a 48 hour notice or they may not be granted. If you are finished and need it removed earlier than your scheduled pick up date, just call us! We'd be happy to pick it up earlier free of charge. 

Questions Regarding Dumpster Use

413 Dumpster has new, state of the art equipment and dumpsters. Our 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 yard dumpsters all have a rear door (8 feet wide) that can swing open in entirety to make it easy for you to walk in trash!

To operate the door on the dumpster (if standing at the rear and facing the dumpster), please remove the pin on the lower left of the dumpster, and lift the handle to release the door. If you are present for delivery, our drivers will show you how to operate and close the door to make your project easier and safer!
