However, we do advise that you book 3-5 days in advance depending on the size you are requesting. 413 Dumpster can offer free same day delivery if the dumpster size you are looking for is in stock and available. 413 Dumpster understands that situations can change and that reservations have to be adjusted.
If cancelling your reservation, please give at least a 24 hour notice from the date of your scheduled delivery to ensure we have it removed from our delivery routes. A refund will be issued to the original payment method, or a credit can be applied to your account towards future rentals. Please note that refunds take 5-7 business days to process. If cancelling upon delivery of the dumpster, there will be a fee assessed with the cancellation.
Any dumpster rentals requiring extension beyond the 14 day period for 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 yard dumpsters require a 48 hour notice from the scheduled pick up date. 413 Dumpster cannot guarantee an extension if asking for one less than 48 hours before your pick up date. Extensions are billed to the account at $10 per day.
If rescheduling your rental, please give at least a 24 hour notice with your new preferred delivery date.
You are able to call or schedule an earlier pick up for no additional fee. If you finish using your rental before your scheduled pick up date, let us know and we can have it picked up that same day, or the very next day if scheduling allows it!

After the checkout process, 413 Dumpster automatically emails you a confirmation for your dumpster rental. This confirmation email includes all booking details, a copy of your receipt, reminders to prepare for your rental and avoid extra fees, a list of prohibited items, and a copy of your rental contract available for e-signing.

413 Dumpster offers flat rate pricing with NO HIDDEN FEES! The price that you see when booking is the price that you pay, and that includes tax, delivery, pick up, a certain weight limit, disposal, and all environmental fees. The only time your rental would have an extra fee is if:
1. Prohibited items are found inside of the dumpster
2. Your dumpster is weighed over the weight limit
3. Your dumpster is filled beyond the maximum fill line
4. Your rental duration was extended beyond the included period
5. A failed delivery or pick up of your dumpster occurs
If any fees are incurred, they are charged to the card on file at time of pick up and disposal.

413 Dumpster accepts all major credit and debit cards (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS). We can accept cash on delivery for a remaining balance. All orders require a minimum of a $25 deposit at the time of placing the order. Checks are subject to approval from management for commercial accounts.
Please note that we DO NOT accept VENMO, CASHAPP, or PAYPAL - no exceptions. Please excercise caution with individuals on Facebook and Craigslist trying to collect Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal as a form of payment as it is not us.

Questions Regarding Delivery and Pick Up
413 Dumpster wants to make your rental process as easy and as convenient as possible for you. If possible, we ask that you be present for delivery to ensure placement is appropriate. Please communciate to the office ahead of time if you cannot be present. For pick up, you do not have to be present as long as we have unrestricted access to the dumpster.
When ordering, whether online or by calling our office, please give details notes on where you would like the dumpster to be placed and our drivers will make sure it is perfect every time. For pick up, the driver just shows up and takes your dumpster, as well. We can provide a 2 hour delivery or pick up window upon request, as well. Our drivers always notify you that they are on their way to deliver your dumpster via phone call 20-30 minutes ahead of their arrival.

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery given outside factors, however, a 2 hour window can be provided on your day of delivery by calling our office at (413) 264-3867. Please note that the driver always calls on the way when heading to your location, as well.

413 Dumpster takes every available measure to decrease the possibility of damaging your pavement. Our trucks are equipped with a system that lowers the dumpster with remarkable control, setting it gently on the ground. To increase your pavement protection, we do recommend that you put a sheet of plywood down before we lower the dumpster onto your pavement. This small measure will prevent minor surface scratches. Additionally, when booking, you can make a note or request over the phone that you would like us to bring driveway protection - we'd be more than happy to do so!
413 Dumpster always recommends placing the dumpster on a hard, paved surfaced. If placing on soft grounds or lawns, the weight of the dumpster and contents can leave indentations or scrapes.

Questions Regarding Dumpster Use
Your dumpster can be filled all the way to the top, as long as it is level with the utmost rim of your container. If you overfill it, you may have to remove the excess until it is level with the rim. An additional fee can be charged if the dumpster is overfilled and our driver has to remove items to ensure it is safe to transport. Save yourself time and money and don’t overfill! If you are afraid there won’t be enough room, review our rental rates and consider ordering a larger size to avoid penalties.
Almost anything can go inside of a dumpster, such as household trash, furniture such as tables, chairs and couches, construction debris, shingles, clothes, general trash, and more. However, our dumpsters cannot accept hazardous materials, including paint, aerosols, asbestos, chemicals, oils, gasoline and pesticides. When you rent our dumpsters, you will receive a full list of the items that we do not accept or that would have an extra fee if found inside the dumpster, and that list can also be found by clicking here. You can always call us at (413) 264-3867 for any questions regarding specific items.
Please note, if disposing of landscaping or yard waste, it cannot be mixed with any other waste and can only be yard or landscaping waste.
If you are disposing bricks, concrete, asphalt, or any other aggregates, please inform the office to discuss weight restrictions. Please note that you cannot overfill past the dedicated fill line, and certain materials cannot be mixed with any other debris. Please note that dirt is prohibited from all rentals. We reserve the right to charge additional fees if your dumpster is too heavy for our equipment to remove.
Some items may incur an extra charge at the transfer station or landfill if they are disposed of in the dumpster, such as mattresses, box springs, refrigerators, appliances, air conditioners, propane tanks, dehumidifiers, hot water tanks, railroad ties, tires, or televisions and computer monitors. 413 Dumpster will charge an extra fee for any items mentioned above or on the list provided to you with your rental if found inside the dumpster.

413 Dumpster has new, state of the art equipment and dumpsters. Our 10, 12, 15, 20 and 30 yard dumpsters all have a rear door (8 feet wide) that can swing open in entirety to make it easy for you to walk in trash!
To operate the door on the dumpster (if standing at the rear and facing the dumpster), please remove the pin on the lower left of the dumpster, and lift the handle to release the door. If you are present for delivery, our drivers will show you how to operate and close the door to make your project easier and safer!

413 Dumpster strictly follows MASS DEP guidelines for items that can or cannot be placed in your dumpster. When disposing of your items at third party disposal facilities, certain items may have an extra fee. 413 Dumpster also charges a fee to offset the costs incurred of transporting and disposing such items. Please find the list of all prohibited and extra fee items below. Please note that we always provide you a copy of this list with your rental.

- Batteries: $40
- Hot water tanks: $35
- Propane tanks: $45
- Industrial drums: $30
- Mattresses/box springs: $110 (we encourage a recycling alternative)
- Appliances: $35+
- Flouresent Light Bulbs: $5+
- Paint Cans: $20+
Please note that as of 11/01/2022, the State of Massachusetts has listed mattresses and boxsprings as waste ban items. Therefore, the fee to dispose of such items is $110. Unfortunately, 413 Dumpster has no control over fees assessed at third party disposal facilities, and our fee to you is to offset the total costs incurred to us.
